The Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations (DFSCR) lay out several requirements with which all Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) receiving any form of federal funding must comply.  These regulations establish a set of minimum requirements for campus prevention programs.  Complying with the spirit and not just the letter of the law supports our prevention efforts and provides significant benefits and opportunities for our community and our students.
