Mission Award


The University Mission Award was created to recognize a Junior or Senior for their efforts and accomplishments in embodying the mission of the University: to educate individuals to think and act as ethical leaders and responsible citizens in the global community.

The award was created in 2002 to honor the 9th Chancellor of hte University, Michael R. Ferrari.

Students nominated for this award must:
- Be a junior or senior, full-time undergraduate TCU student
- Have had extensive leadership involvement on the University campus
- Have demonstrated the significance of the University's mission, vision and values through academic and co-curricular activities
- Have taken initiative to induce constructive change for the University

Deadline for submitting this form is 12:00 midnight on Wednesday, March 26, 2008.

As part of your nomination, you are asked to provide a publishable quote that will be printed in the keepsake program and/or on the certificate that will be prepared for your nominee. Please limit the quote to 60 words. Keep in mind that the quote is different from the information you give to support the nomination. Your name will be published with your quote.
