As a first-year student, Leadership for Life will pair you with an upperclassman student coach who is trained to encourage, inspire, motivate, challenge and support you to enhance your leadership effectiveness and become
more successful in school and in life. You will receive one-on-one mentoring with a successful upperclassman as it fits your schedule - you set the meeting times.
Your coach will meet with you in person to outline the program. Then the two of you will stay in touch throughout the rest of the year as your coach continues to guide and support you as needed. You'll get connected to important campus programs and resources that will help you create your own definition of leadership and success, and work toward
achieving your own personal level of excellence.
